“This is more like a very tired and old 3 stars hotel, definitely not a 4*. The rooms are clean but miss all the advertised amenities, for example our superior studio didn't have the sofa listed in it's description and they were charging extra for the safe deposit box! Agoda customer service was very unhelpful since they provided the wrong description. No detergent provided for dishes, no shampoo, very limited amenities overall. For the same money can get a much larger and very well equipped airbnb flat in a great location.”
