“As long as you don't have mobility issues and can handle the hills of New Ross (and a possible trek from the car park) Inishross house is a gem! So charming, the room was lovely and Mark and Bridgitte were great hosts. The included breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel. I just wish my stomach were bigger so I could have eaten all the terrific food!”

“The reception staff are absolutely fabulous, and can't do enough for you. Our room was gorgeous, huge bed, quiet and comfortable. The Pool is exceptional. It's big, with great additions and the spa area is one of the best I've seen in a hotel in this country. A good hot sauna, great steam room, a painfully cold plunge pool (2°-4° Id guess, not the usual 12°+ you see around) Gallery Restaurant is really really good. Great food and wine with one outstanding waitnes (Sat 20th Sept) running about 10 tables by herself seamlessly. Breakfast is very good, a reasonable selection of the standard fry up elements, a really good Omelette station, good selection of fruits, breads and warm porridge The bar is the only poor part, prices are extortionate and service is very, very slow despite the 6 or 7 staff (including who looked like the bar mnager) running around behind it doing everything besides taking orders. Guinness was great though, comfortable seats. It's probably the brightest bar I've ever been in so lacks any atmosphere or ambiance unfortunately. Would definitely recommend this hotel, even just for the pool area alone it's worth the visit.”
