“Very nice hotel but quite overpriced, although everywhere is now. Would’ve been very fancy a few years about but now the decor is somewhat dated. Check in unnecessarily complicated. Had to deal with a few different people. Average food in the bar, Guinness not great. Spa is great. Location close for walking to Killarney national park but further out from town (that can be a good thing). ”

“Front desk staff and townhouse staff were both friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our 2 nights and free off street parking was great. As was warmer the room needed some air conditioning (fan provided did help). A fridge in room would be nice in townhouses, as not at the hotel for extra services. Overall was a lovely place to stay. ”
