“Very nice hotel but quite overpriced, although everywhere is now. Would’ve been very fancy a few years about but now the decor is somewhat dated. Check in unnecessarily complicated. Had to deal with a few different people. Average food in the bar, Guinness not great. Spa is great. Location close for walking to Killarney national park but further out from town (that can be a good thing). ”

“Nice hotel but We have stayed in nicer hotels for a cheaper price. First person We met when booking in wasnt very friendly which isnt nice for first impressions.We pre paid and were still asked for A card to have on file and a form of ID which I found strange. Rooms comfortable but basic..no shower caps or lotions etc which is pretty standard these days. Disappointing stay..I expected more for the price we payed. ”

“Very comfortable and conveniently located hotel. Our first room, 206, on top floor was hot in current warm spell and Wi-Fi was lousy. They spontaneously offered us (2 adults, one teen) a move, and room 102 was much better on these 2 counts AND was more spacious. Excellent à la carte cooked breakfast, great staff.”

“We loved our stay here. It's situated right in the heart of Killarney, without feeling cramped (it's slightly on the edge of one of the main walkable streets). Perfect location. The pool, workout room, hot tub are all very fun, and the included parking was very appreciated. The room was fairly standard-hotel, with not a great view (though I'm sure others do have great views), but there was nothing bad about this, just less personality than some of our other Ireland stays. All in all, a great experience and would recommend! ”
