“The climb to our room was tiring after a day of rafting and ATV. The room wasn't as big or nice as our room in Ubud and Uluwatu. However, the staff, especially Wayan Yusa, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He was always ready to assist us and address our requests, and I especially appreciated his big smile.”

“Overall we really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms was new and very clean. Decent wifi. The only issues I had that weren't pleasant were due to miscommunication because of language barrier. When we arrived at the port, we didn't have a hotel taxi waiting for us. The staff replied to us via email telling us that they didn't have a driver on that day. This was a pain for us because we were traveling with a two year old, meanwhile getting mobbed by the taxi drivers that hang around the port. They charged us 4x the normal price to drive us a few minutes to the hotel. Another mix up was in regards to renting a moto at the hotel. The receptionist told me that I would be charged a price and that would be on a 24 hour usage. The next day a different staff worker told me something different, so ended up paying full price for only a few hour usage. This hotel is not close to where most of the travelers stay, so there are very few places to eat nearby.”

“Nice spot to stay, although there were a few mosquitoes in the room. Place was a little hard to find initially but overall we enjoyed our stay.”
