“Nice Room, Nice Location, hotel with Cafe 👌”

“The hotel is located a bit far from the shops or food outlets, but they are open 24 hours for food service in the room. We were quite impressed with the variety of food for breakfast, they offer very nice Soto, Lontong Sayur, Tempe mendoan, Kalio Ayam, etc. It is really worth to stay at Whiz with breakfast. In addition to that, we can enjoy the stunning view of Mt Singgalang from the Restaurant.”

“The cheapest room is decent for a solo travelling worker. No non-senses just stay and do the work in convenient space. You got slipper, toiletries, and mineral water for amenities, without tea and coffee. There's hot water in corridors if you need it. The hotel provided breakfast even for the cheapest. It was just lack of recreation facilities. Staffs were kind. The only note is about musholla it could have been cleaner and tidier, especially for the praying carpets. I enjoyed my stay. Great service! ”

“There are four things about this hotel: One, the breakfast spread was amazing. They offered a great selection of traditional Minang cuisine each day and everything was delicious. Two, the location is probably the best one in the area. It wasn't located directly in the center of the chaotic Jam Gadang area which would result in some noise pollution during the peak hours, but it's still a nice walking distance to the center. The view was also nice, but understandably you need to pay more for a room with a direct view of the Ngarai below. The third thing I appreciate was the smart TV installed in the rooms, so we can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. aside from the cable channels. The last one is that there's a nice play area for kids next to the pool. Now, the rest of the things this hotel could use some improvements. Out of all the electrical sockets in my room, only 2 could work to charge my devices. The lighting was too dark, especially in the shower stall. There is a leak from under one of the floor tile in the bathroom, everything we step on that one tile, water would seep out and make a puddle on the floor.”
