“Everything is great, the staff were very nice, same with buffet style breakfast included in the price - however, 2 big things: 1. The jacuzzis do not work - we were back from a long trip in Raja Ampat and were very excited for some relaxing time in the spa but both jacuzzis did not work. The pool was very packed so we also could not really hang out there either. It was a bit disappointing. 2. Our room was very noisy at night. Around 10:15 PM there was someone playing the guitar (?) right outside our room and singing out loud, which would have been nice if it weren't quite late at night and we had a 6AM flight in the morning. There was some kid screaming, sounds of people closing the room doors, chatting etc which means the room is not very sound proof if at all. I had to call the receptionist to let them know that there was someone singing and a kid screaming outside our room and if they were able to help look into what is going on - which went away after about 20 minutes. Then, some kind of motor/water pump of sorts started making very loud noises - this also went on for about 20 minutes. Luckily it stopped and we were able to have a good night sleep after. ”

“Stayed with a group and had a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. Hot water, comfortable sleep, and clean bathrooms were highlights. However, parking and shopping options were a bit lacking. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a few minor areas for improvement.”
