“ Very welcoming staff and easy parking. Room was a lovely size and very clean although, even being a double en-suite, we had to request a second set of towels. Coffee machine in room with sufficient choice. However, if you are not acquainted with the specific coffee machine, it doesn't make it any easier when the provided instructions relate to a different coffee maker that doesn't take the same pods.”

“Room carpet needs a good clean as did the marked bed throw. Restaurant and bar area were chilly but we did go when it was -1 outside. We ate both nights in the restaurant and it could be hard to get the staff who were standing around chatting to come to our table. Doors needed to be closed behind them. Take a thick jumper in there with you. Food was delicious. Spa was lovely I had a back massage that was excellent. Breakfast was included in the price with a good choice. Was a great meet up with my 2 school friend now that we are in our 60s. Would definitely go there again. ”
