No reply or acknowledgement . Evening 9:30 I called borrowing phone from my friend , lady was so rude and denied the check in and refund . It was so ridiculous. We were having dinner in a restaurant and this lady on the phone said , since you guys are having party and she can hear music . I was shocked to hear . I explained her we are having dinner and got late . She didn’t hear anything and was rude . Plus didn’t refund our money . She kept on telling me she has been emailing me . I didn’t receive single email from her . I WOULDN’T Prefer anyone coming from far distance or another country to book it . Very UNWELCOMING ”
