“The room was a fair size and looked fairly nice when entered even though the door was already open which was worrying but carried on to find out there was no heating so had a bad night sleep and when mentioned there was no change and was frozen both mornings I was there .. ”

“We stayed here for my aunt's Birthday party. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room but spacious, clean and warm. The negatives were, there was no lock on the bathroom door and only 3 x sachets of milk for tea and coffee for 2 people, I had to use 2 just for 1 drink. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Excellent location for a short stay. Many nice places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Right on the beach front and enjoyable sea swims. Hastings town a short walk away. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. Thank you.”

“Arrived in a heatwave, the blinds were pulled and a fan was roaring away, lovely position but free parking is half mile down road as two hours limit locally. Can't fault the room or toilet/shower everything immaculately clean, noise from the road not too intrusive but worth it for the view. We stayed in room 6 for Seaview & worth paying for. ”

“Wow what a different type of B&B. Totally Victorian even down to the plumbing and crockery/cutlery. Lots of very interesting ornaments, iconography etc. Very full some and tasty breakfast too ”
