“Our experience at the property was generally satisfactory. However, the room was located in an annex that was not connected to the main building and differed significantly from the main picture depicted of the property. Instead, it resembled a basic, dated Travel Lodge-style accommodation, which was not what we expected and was not made aware of it. Considering the lack of special amenities in the room and the room itself we felt that the value for money could have been better. Nevertheless, the staff were very helpful, and the overall property was pleasant. Make sure to book a room in the main building to avoid disappointement.”

“The owner and staff at this B&B are extremely friendly and amenable. The breakfast is absolutely lovely. Rooms are cosy and very clean and tidied daily with coffee / tea refilled. A great location, close to many sights and attractions within Royal Leamington Spa. ”

“Used to live in L'Spa and was visiting friends. We arrived by train at around 5pm. Easy walk from station.we were expected. Friendly, quick, efficient check in. Room was warm and clean supplied with generous tea/coffee tray. Quiet night. Lovely traditional breakfast, one veg one with meat. Easy peasy. Would return to this place.”

“The picture is true it’s a great big copper bath and king bed. Cleanliness grim around the edges worktop crumbs to dirty tea towel. Bed was clean and towels too. Superb location decor bit mixed. Would I stay again - probably not. Worst aspect besides the cleaning is the apartment is over 3 floors of stairs. ”
