“Friendly welcome lovely warm and massive room. Awesome four-poster bed, great character room, everything worked, clean tidy and loved the room as it had everything. Great location great breakfast and staff awesome. Very quiet too. We've stayed in top expensive hotels before but this one is equally as good. Great value and such a nice place to stay. ”

“Stayed here for 1 night as we were in Leamington, lady on reception was friendly and helpful when we checked in and the chap in the bar in the evening was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 twin rooms and there was plenty of room and beds were fine for 1 night. The only thing is the walls are thin so loud tvs and talking can be heard. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice and wasnt ecpensive, staff seemed inexperienced and didnt really seem to know what they were doing. We asked for some fried eggs as scrambled egg didnt look appetising. We asked for 2 eggs to be flipped so they cooked more and 2 normal fried eggs. We had almost eaten our breakfast by the time they arrived and werent cooked as we asked 2 were cooked ok and the other 2 were undercooked. They were small things that can be easily rectified though. Pleasant stay otherwise.”

“Used to live in L'Spa and was visiting friends. We arrived by train at around 5pm. Easy walk from station.we were expected. Friendly, quick, efficient check in. Room was warm and clean supplied with generous tea/coffee tray. Quiet night. Lovely traditional breakfast, one veg one with meat. Easy peasy. Would return to this place.”
