“Confusion at check-in about whether bill had been paid (Agoda had charged me directly). Insinuation I would have to pay again. ) In 10 years with Agoda. Never had this before Check in staff didn’t know Agoda. Called it Ayoda ”

“Room looks modern however there was a few issues. It didnt bother us but the winfow had no handle so it took a bit to lock it. Then the usb port didnt work. The aircon also didbt work but they provided a fan. I think it just needs a bit of maintenance done. ”

“Good location best the BEACH & PIER & good in house leisure such as swimming pool. Also, complimentary drinks & snack in room!”

“We had a family room which was extremely compact. We were down for a family event so only needed somewhere to sleep so suited us. There was no privacy with shower in room and toilet in room of own so did showers and dressing in shifts. Bed was extremely comfortable and adult in bunk bed agreed there was plenty of room in the bed. Breakfast was a basic continental which again was OK with us. Parking spaces were easy to find too. Opposite a retail park with KFC in front of you but we werent disturbed by noise or smells. No pubs nearby but just used an uber to get about and never paid more than £6 each time. We went to Gunwharf which is like an outlet village with shops and food chains. Was quite pricey but didn't really have a lot of choice of places around Gunwharf. Next day we went to Albert Street on advice of taxi driver and found plenty of pubs and food places there instead ”

“Host is amiable, prompt and accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions are easy. The staff ensured the room was clean and tidy as little details were not missed. The small kitchen is apt for our stay - induction hobs - tea, coffee and sugar - dishwashing tools - utensils, cups and plates Location is not too bad, few mins walk away from the town & city centre.”

“Did what it says on the tin! Situated opposite the Rail and bus stations and by the Naval dockyard and the IoW ferry a short walk away, so easy to get to, and free parking if you're driving”
