“Room looks modern however there was a few issues. It didnt bother us but the winfow had no handle so it took a bit to lock it. Then the usb port didnt work. The aircon also didbt work but they provided a fan. I think it just needs a bit of maintenance done. ”

“We had a family room which was extremely compact. We were down for a family event so only needed somewhere to sleep so suited us. There was no privacy with shower in room and toilet in room of own so did showers and dressing in shifts. Bed was extremely comfortable and adult in bunk bed agreed there was plenty of room in the bed. Breakfast was a basic continental which again was OK with us. Parking spaces were easy to find too. Opposite a retail park with KFC in front of you but we werent disturbed by noise or smells. No pubs nearby but just used an uber to get about and never paid more than £6 each time. We went to Gunwharf which is like an outlet village with shops and food chains. Was quite pricey but didn't really have a lot of choice of places around Gunwharf. Next day we went to Albert Street on advice of taxi driver and found plenty of pubs and food places there instead ”

“Did what it says on the tin! Situated opposite the Rail and bus stations and by the Naval dockyard and the IoW ferry a short walk away, so easy to get to, and free parking if you're driving”

“Modern design with obscure glass option to the bathroom and loo but with the light on you would definately still see the other person on the loo or in the shower . Coffee machine and a club biscuit . The toiletries are black and very dusty dirty I don’t think cleaned in a while it must be a hot spot they keep missing . Good location , easy to find and as always very comfortable . However there was a Dyson fan in my room As the aircon was freezing when I arrived , the fan was hot and cool , I now know it was to warm the room as aircon wouldn’t go warmer and window open on arrival ”

“A nice relaxing stay, kept clean, always enjoyed a peaceful sleep, great breakfasts. Just a bit far from everywhere interesting, need a car to stay there. As a result, when coming back late when the hotel is full and some people park across more than 1 parking bay, it is hard to find a parking spot sometimes.”

“Needed a one night we after sailing before heading to London, and this one fit the bill! Great proximity to the train station.”
