“I’ll start with positives. Staff great, breakfast great, position at Gunwharf quays perfect. But! Bed moved when anyone sat on it, sheets don’t fit and were not tucked in at top, mattress wasn’t sitting properly on base., mattress topper was too small for bed, pillow cases didn’t match and pillows different shapes. Chair was badly stained, shower was very weak with only a few holes and very small head. Shower curtain stuck to you when in shower, toilet seat loose, only a narrow shelf to put tea/coffee and all personal stuff on. Bathroom had limited space to put any toiletries on, no hooks to hang up coats, especially if wet. I could go on but basically the place is tired and the bedrooms haven’t been thought out very well. Not practical and not with the customers needs in mind. ”
