“The room I had at Dunallan was small but ticked all the boxes. The welcome was friendly and everything was explained. No breakfast as such but the pot of instant porridge in the room was a good way to start the day. Comfortable, clean and in a good position. You can't ask for more. ”

“I liked this hotel, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Only downside was the old creaky floors, so you could hear people in other rooms late at night or early in the morning. But I suppose you have to expect that in a hotel of that age. I would recommend this hotel. ”

“A heritage hotel recently renovated but showing its age in places. Friendly and helpful staff. It was a warm night and we hand to prop our window open with a rolled towel. Breakfast OK not great. Coffee machine good. ”

“From check in to leaving the staff were very friendly and professional. Check in was straight forward and we got in a bit earlier than the usual time. The car park was *** for the duration of our stay. The room wax clean and tidy and well equipped. The bathroom was adequate but the shower lacked a bit of power. The bed was comfy and extra pillows were in the room. The breakfast was average but good choices to be had. For the price we paid I would certainly recommend it.”

“Like most hotels in Perth - very old with some Reno’s. Pricey for what you get after currency conversion , hotel website pricing including breakfast was cheaper than what I pre paid … that all said good location , easy parking are positives.”
