“Comfortable bed, good breakfast with espresso/cappuccino/latte machine. Going through a renovation of the hotel, much needed but they are making the best of it. Room was comfortable, new carpet, bay view with open window to enjoy the breeze. It is an older room which needs renovation but was clean. ”

“Very undecided how to rate this hotel, 5/5 purely for the customer service from the staff, they went above and beyond to help in whichever way they could. However, the rooms and facilities were very dated, the walls were very thin and we got a poor night's sleep as whenever anyone walked past our room door, the floor would actually shake. The beds were uncomfortable, but there were really nice touches added to the rooms such as sachets of hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. The view from the lounge overlooking the bay was also lovely. Breakfast was fresh and varied with hot and cold options as well as pastries. The hotel could do with a renovation because in every other way it was perfect. ”

“Hotel is literally across from the railway station and the ferry port, so great if you're not driving and for island hopping. Room was large with everything you need, including bath robes and comfortable beds. If we were staying again I'd book a sea view as our view was of adjacent buildings. Staff were welcoming on arrival and the the host in the dining room was a lovely man. ”

“Very nice hotel in a good location. Very friendly and efficient staff. Bedroom was rather small but cosy and with stunning views. The bar also had these views and we enjoyed having a pre dinner drink in there. The restaurant was also very good and we enjoyed the breakfast; it had a lot of different but delicious choice.”

“Nice hotel wonderful staff but facilities are led to believe on agodo website there is no lift and no lesure facilities that are shown on agoda website not really suited if you have mobility problems that said the wonderful staff at this hotel did everything in their power to help food is good staff are brilliant and I will be back just for this alone”
