Despite check-in being a standardised 15:00, the hotel only ever seems to have one member of staff working the front desk. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that scheduling a second person during peak arrival hours would solve this. Expect a bit of a wait when you first arrive. ​Late-Night Access ​A heads-up if you are returning late: the front doors will be locked. While there is a security guard on duty to let you in, they seemed highly annoyed and surly about actually having to get up and unlock the door. “Hotel room very clean and warm.Woke up to slightly noisy traffic at 5.30 but wasn't too bad. Traffic noise stopped shortly after. Could not get tv to work but we were not bothered. Mentioned it on checking out and they said that I should have told them and they would have moved me into another room.”
