“On my booking did ask for Assenable Room which didn't get I've got Lower Back Lumber Pain and Arthrist in my Hips On Arrival the Blonde Woman on Desk was Rude towards me regarding the requirement The Little shower unit had 5 inch up into it but my problem was the Shower Head was on Wall not Hand Held so couldn't use it has it woukd Wet my Hair No Hairdryer in Room also No stool could sit on because carnt stand for long The Bed was okay was King-size but the Back Window was Terrible looking onto Flat Roof with loads Pigeons on it even one DEAD One which was Gross Then WFI wouldnt work again had to go to Reception rectify it nice Lad was pleasant and sorted it ”

“We have stayed at the Glendower before, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a great place to stay only a stone’s throw from the beach and close to the centre.”

“Room spotless bathroom gleaming and well appointed very warm cosy room. No view but for money paid very happy with room allocated. Forgot about Half Term Holiday and Hotel was rammed with kids as it caters very well for them with entertainment and pool etc. Don't mind this great to see them enjoying themselves, but did find it a bit much to have them running around in the entertainment lounge at eleven o'clock at night while trying to enjoy the female singer who was trying her best to entertain the guests. Free car park for residents was again a big plus as so many Hotels now charge for Parking even for residents as a kind of stealth tax. Breakfast room was bright and airy and the Breakfast offer was ok. All the usual fare and staff on point to clean tables and assist if needed. Did not use the pool as it was very busy with families and kids which I appreciate is what its there for.Also intended to use the Sauna but time ran out on us unfortunately Hotel within easy walking distance to centre and again coastal path along beach was very busy with dog walkers and families enjoying the very mild weather over the weekend. Overall enjoyed the stay and would go back again if in the area..”

“We were heading to Gretna Green for a wedding. We arrived on a soggy afternoon, but the greeting was warm. The ensuite bedroom was snug, but lovely and clean and the bed was really comfy. The chap that was helping out was brilliant and recommended a few restaurants, the Allegria Italian restaurant was amazing and I would say it was one of the best Italian restaurants I have visited in the UK. After a good nights sleep, our breakfast of fresh fruit, a full English and scrambled eggs on toast was fresh and delish. We went on our way, well rested and if we are ever in St Annes, would return.”
