“Very nice stay. Walking distance to the Livingston Designer Outlet Centre via 2 retail parks, about 10 minute walk. We had dinner and breakfast at the Chain Runner pub and found the meals to be very good quality and in a nice cosy atmosphere. The room was very good, clean with coffee and tea making facilities. Would stay again.”

“Nice Hotel, nice location, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Nearby Bistro serves good food with polite service. 10 minute walk to Livingston South Railway Station -30 minutes train ride to Edinburgh central Waverly Station. Minor gripe - Works more like an Air B&B, when you Book and pay they later send you an entry Door code after you pay an additional deposit directly to them, a bit confusing if you use Hotels a lot- apparently Normal in Scotland. SatNav struggled to provide viable route due to complex roads , best to head for Livingston South Station then easy, short drive to Hotel. Otherwise quiet, peaceful and secluded, nice to relax.”
