“Visiting Grandson, this was the closest accommodation to him. Great Location. Shops Opposite and the main road to go everywhere in Lincoln. B&B has great car parking just outside B&B. Large Dining room ground floor. Nice Breakfast (Full English). Rooms nice size with ensuite Bathroom - Shower nice. Helpful staff. Free WIFI - Just Very Nice. We were in and out all the time - no problems. Could it be cheaper, yes - but location is great for us. ”

“We would 100% recommended this guest house it’s the ideal location within walking distance to the town, really nice good sized room with such a comfy bed, lovely outside area to sit and have a drink and the couple were the perfect hosts such lovely, friendly people made the stay even more special. ”

Good prices, lovely big room, great bathroom and when I had the breakfast that was cracking too including some thought given over to plant-based options. The staff were lovely young people who were engaging and kind. ”
