“Yes they do tell you there is no lift but it's hidden away . We arrived on a very hot day - I'm in my 80's and fairly fit but carrying suitcases and our wedding clothes up to the 3rd floor is no joke and no help offered by staff . Room was ok but no usb sockets . TV connected by wifi ( somewhat flaky at 0830) so no live channels unless you go via the BBC /ITV app . Shower didn't work due to lack of water at busy times . Breakfast , the service came with a smile and a cherry good morning but one day is was over done the following day was much better but a different number of sausages . No sign of a continental breakfast and after all it is the London and PARIS hotel :-( The décor in the room was well done and the Executive Suite was a generous size with it's own mini balcony . Only chose the hotel because of it's location and walking distance to the Lighthouse / harbour but wouldn't go there again ”
