“I recently stayed at the 3-star Burlington hotel in Eastbourne, paying *** for a midweek single room, and overall it offered very good value for money. The hotel’s location is a real highlight. Situated right on the seafront next to the pier, it provides easy access to local buses and is only a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the reception staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. My single room was located on the fourth floor, accessible by lift. It was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a surprisingly large private bathroom with towels and soap provided. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the sheets were clean, which made for a very restful night. On the downside, the hotel does feel quite dated. The building has the charm of a grand Victorian property, but the interior doesn’t quite live up to that potential. The carpets are worn, the furniture feels inexpensive, and the décor is rather tired and lacking warmth. That said, considering the very affordable price, the peaceful night’s sleep, and the professionalism of the staff, I would still rate this stay 4 out of 5. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location.”

“친절한 직원이 명확하게 설명하고 해당 지역에 £2.20에 주차 허가를 제공했습니다. 호텔 전면은 노후해 보였지만, 내부에 엘리베이터가 있고, 가격 대비 좋은 편이며, 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며, 최근에 개조된 것처럼 보입니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔 오른쪽 1층에 있는 트리플룸이 새벽 1시까지 시끄러운 음악을 들려주는 펍/칵테일 장소 옆에 있다는 것입니다. ”

“Stayed in a single room which was clean, inviting and nicely decorated. Was greeted by friendly gent who was happy to assist with directions. Limited amount of liquid soap/shampoo/cond so if you have long hair being your own. You’ll also need to bring your own hairdryer and iron. Breakfast was tasty and nicely served if somewhat rushed. Would stay again. ”

“Would happily stay again but would be hesitant to eat in restaurant in evening. Very helpful staff from the minute we arrived, clean rooms, nice pool. Busy so one day difficult parking. Super breakfast but overpriced evening meal, tiny piece of fish, pork chop very mediocre and no apple sauce. ”
