“Moxy Chester was a very comfortable hotel in a great location with very helpful and friendly staff. The decor was modern, room spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower was also excellent. Can't really fault this place. Would definitely stay again if in Chester.”

“The room was pretty clean and tidy. However, stairs were steep and dangerous, and there is no lift. These people close at 9pm, so not sure how anyone wanting to check in after 9pm is dealt with.We were given a room on second floor with old steep victorian style stairs Also, there is no dedicated car park. The nearest car park is paid and is about 5min walk away. The room however is clean and staff are friendly. I will not recommend this place if you are travelling with family. However, as a solo traveller, it is alright.”

“Obviously not 5 star but we knew that. Room clean but needed updating e.g need sofa with a table and chair in the empty space bathroom and shower very good but complimentary toiletries wouldn't go amiss. Overall it was what it was but would state that it was adequate for our needs”
