The room was pretty clean and tidy. However, stairs were steep and dangerous, and there is no lift. These people close at 9pm, so not sure how anyone wanting to check in after 9pm is dealt with.We were given a room on second floor with old steep victorian style stairs Also, there is no dedicated car park. The nearest car park is paid and is about 5min walk away. The room however is clean and staff are friendly. I will not recommend this place if you are travelling with family. However, as a solo traveller, it is alright.

Clean hotel but no parking and no lift

Amenities not accurate to website
Amenities that were listed on websites were not available like laundry and telephone. parking off street was very difficult.

Great little hotel
Great hotel, great location and nice big rooms, a little noisy if you are at front of the hotel near main road but otherwise not a bad little stay

Lloyd’s of Chester
Good location. When u come out, turn left, walk straight down and you will reach the Chester City Centre in 10 mins. Have no complaints about the room. Only thing is there is no lift. So have to carry your luggage up the stairs

Nice guy on Reception but the place needs a deep clean and refurbishment. Not recommended.
