“Stayed at Bridgend Central so many times, I'm on first name terms with all the Staff, especially Sarah, what a top Lady, lovely people, would and have recommended it to many. ”

“The room was ok however small shower needed reselling and was mouldy light bulbs out toilet roll holder broken fell off wall corner of bed were wooden with sharp corners bathroom light didn’t work no usb charging no ironing facility however breakfast was good ”

“A very clean modern hotel in a good location. However we didn't like the mixer tap as the flow could not be regulated, always on full flow getting our clothes wet while washing. Also there was a constant humming noise which kept us awake all night. We heard it go off at 7:30am then back on 10 minutes later. Due to these issues, we did not enjoy our stay, unfortunately. ”

“Very big rooms, very big bathroom,and both clean with nice aura ,feeling like a guest of another era. Impressive listed building, in the middle of nowhere . I had the urge to persuade everyone play hide and seek in the building .Was a bit scary arriving to the place, but I appreciate did not help arriving late in the night and it was sooo dark! But morning view was amazing and breathtaking! Could have done a better maintenance and decoration but obviously put all the money on the landscape and that was really beautiful. Breakfast basic ( maybe too basic for me) but served with love and kindness :) maybe due to last minute restaurant shutting down? True I did not like being informed so last minute that the super chef leading restaurant suddenly closed for the weekend of my booking. I am sure everyone knew in advance except the guests.. Staff though very kind and helpful, in particular the night barman!! thank you all! I wish to visit again , felt I missed something , will explore more the outdoors and will invite Billy Joell (actual reason for this visit) singing there ! ”
