“Stayed here whilst visiting relatives. The hotel is lovely & very clean. We had an issue with the shower draining & the toilet blocking but the staff were super helpful & got the problem sorted quickly. The coffee lounge & bar area are great & the decoration throughout the hotel is fabulous. We didn’t get the room type that we had booked as there was a breakdown in communication between Agoda & the hotel. So if you book via Agoda it would be worth checking with the hotel before you go that this information has been provided to them.”

“Hotel in excellent location,7 minute walk Boscombe beach,10 minutes walk into Boscombe shops/restaurants etc.Room a bit tired but comfortable, staff very welcoming.Very limited parking so bear in mind if you head out for the day.We would stay again.”

“Shower room did not have bath mats, could be a safety risk with wet feet on floor. Restaurant did not have garden peas for at least three evenings when shown on the menu. Not told when ordering meals.”
