“A nice hotel in a quiet location with easy access to a good beach, easy to get to town. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you”

“Stayed here whilst visiting relatives. The hotel is lovely & very clean. We had an issue with the shower draining & the toilet blocking but the staff were super helpful & got the problem sorted quickly. The coffee lounge & bar area are great & the decoration throughout the hotel is fabulous. We didn’t get the room type that we had booked as there was a breakdown in communication between Agoda & the hotel. So if you book via Agoda it would be worth checking with the hotel before you go that this information has been provided to them.”

“Hotel in excellent location,7 minute walk Boscombe beach,10 minutes walk into Boscombe shops/restaurants etc.Room a bit tired but comfortable, staff very welcoming.Very limited parking so bear in mind if you head out for the day.We would stay again.”

“Shower room did not have bath mats, could be a safety risk with wet feet on floor. Restaurant did not have garden peas for at least three evenings when shown on the menu. Not told when ordering meals.”

“Recently spent the Easter weekend at the Denewood Hotel and we had a wonderful stay. Clean, well presented room, slight issue with the plumbing but nothing that would spoil your stay. Lovely touch with the easter eggs!! The hotel isn't the swanky, hi-tech one's you get now-a-days but one thing none of these hotel's have and that is Pam(hope I've remembered the name correctly!), She is the most amazing person you will ever meet! Talk about going the extra mile, Pam did a marathon! The loveliest person who made the stay an absolute joy! Even if you don't stay here, pop in and have a chat with Pam, she will make your day!! ”

“아이들이 즐거운 실내수영장에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 스타벅스도 가까워서 좋았습니다.”

“Our 1 night stay was good overall: Pros: parking on site, short walk to the beach, comfy beds, clean bedding, soft towels, water in the room, kettle/coffee Cons: pin for the room wasn't shared with us by email prior check in time, took time to find the reception on the other side of the road in the different hotel; carpets require deep cleaning”
