“I do love how nice the staffs were and breakfast but the hotel is so old , wasn’t same as the picture ”

“A nice hotel in a quiet location with easy access to a good beach, easy to get to town. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you”

“I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times in the last 2 years. As long as you aware of pros and cons it is not bad. Pros: Live Music some nights of the week Very close to Pier and beach Cons: Extra Charges for everything 7 pounds a day for internet for each device Check out is very early at 10am. If you want a late check out for even 1 hr past 10am it is an extra 15 pounds. The furniture in the bedrooms needs replacing however the bathrooms are remodeled. One 2 occasions in March 2024 I booked a standard double room with a city view and I was given a room in the basement. There was a window but it looked out to a wall and certainly no city view. On one occasion in 2023 I paid for an upgrade on arrival and had a lovely large room but as it was on the top floor when it rained it water came through the ceiling. On another occasion in 2024 the heating did not work in the room. Even after complaining to reception 3 times, nobody did anything. I was just told they are very busy! ”

“Lovely location with only a 10 minute walk to the beachfront, great for families, friendly staff. Only down is Parking is a little bit pricy at £15 a night which can add up if you are there a few nights. ”

“This hotel has become a regular one to use when visiting Bournemouth. I haven't used all of the facilities & if you want to find niggly faults you probably could. But I find I can get a room for a sensible price which is always comfortable, clean, has the extras advertised, quiet enough to sleep at night & always had hot water for my shower. It is also a good position to get to pubs, venues for music, the beach & a short walk from bus stops if needed. I will no doubt be staying again. ”

“Room i4 (‘inner’) disappointing; noisy at night and basic but clean. Be specific, when booking, if mobility is an issue, it’s a large complex. Nice looking outdoor pool and comfortable terrace. Car park behind hotel, not easy to find and cost extra. Overall rating: average ”

“Good value for a short stay. Spacious room, decent breakfast. Facilities slightly old.”
