“We've never had to refuse to stay in any hotel, B&B, etc., we are not fussy and know you get what you pay for. But we couldn't stay here. This was described as an attic room - fair enough I didn't expect it to be overly big but there was barely room to stand. The small double bed was about a foot off the floor. There was a step down just inside the door which I almost broke my ankle on as there was no warning. Definitely don't book this if you are in any way claustrophobic- my hubby didn't realise he was until we walked in here! No other room was available so we had to leave.”
