“Fantastic family stay”

“A super friendly small hotel in centre of Biggar. Not luxurious but perfectly clean, comfy bed, hairdryer ,towels etc and young staff who are a credit to the hotel. Booked for a meal which was excellent as was the breakfasts on both mornings of stay. We were guests at a wedding nearby in Cornhill Castle and the hotel location was perfect as only a few minutes away and taxi was approx £10 one way.”

“Great base for big wedding at the local Cornhill castle, staff at the tinto were very helpful and room was spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast was amazing!”

“Chambres assez confortable et suffisamment spacieuses. Situé sur une aire station service avec restauration. C est très utile, il n y a rien dans les environs proches. Bornes de recharge électrique présentes”

“We've never had to refuse to stay in any hotel, B&B, etc., we are not fussy and know you get what you pay for. But we couldn't stay here. This was described as an attic room - fair enough I didn't expect it to be overly big but there was barely room to stand. The small double bed was about a foot off the floor. There was a step down just inside the door which I almost broke my ankle on as there was no warning. Definitely don't book this if you are in any way claustrophobic- my hubby didn't realise he was until we walked in here! No other room was available so we had to leave.”
