“We had only a one night stay at the Francis Hotel. We can’t fault anything. The location was perfect. Just a short walk into the centre. The hotel faced onto a small square which was ideal to walk our little dog when she needed the loo. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back”

“Would have increased the star rating to 4, except they did not mention that the car parking had to be paid foe £22 for one night expensive, staff were great, breakfast very good, location spot on”

“Very convenient and comfortable. Friendly staff”

“The location is very convenient to travel around the city. You can come back to soothe yourself with the facilities offered at the hotel. The front desk staffs were great. But the F&B staffs need improvement. We had dinner at the restaurant , the supervisor named Felix , missed one of our orders but yet he blamed it on the kitchen staff that they forgot to prepare which was very unprofessional. He missed our order and it wasn’t even on our bill. The quality of the food is fine, but the taste can be improved . ”

“Unbeatable Location: Located right in Saw Close (City Centre). Only a 3-minute walk to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, and under 10 minutes to the train station. Spotless & Modern: Though compact, the room was squeaky clean, with a super comfortable bed, crisp linens, and modern amenities. Free Wine & Cheese: Joining their free Z Members Club unlocked complimentary evening wine and cheese. Delicious and a fantastic bonus after a day of sightseeing! Exterior: Modern and easy to spot in the vibrant center. Cons: Compact Space: Rooms are small (as expected for Z Hotels), but extremely efficient and functional. Highly recommended for travelers who value location, cleanliness, and great value over huge room space. Would definitely stay again!”

“화장실 개수전이 고장났는데, 바로 조치해주었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.”
