“We had only a one night stay at the Francis Hotel. We can’t fault anything. The location was perfect. Just a short walk into the centre. The hotel faced onto a small square which was ideal to walk our little dog when she needed the loo. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back”

“Overall it was a good experience, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pantry and breakfast. It’s walking distance to the main sites. However for the relatively high price point we didn’t feel like it’s good value for money. In addition there was an issue with our room which was a lower category compared to what we reserved on Agoda. While the issue is still being investigated we felt that the staff at the property were not too sympathetic about this issue. ”
