I’m a Bath local who, like many others, checked in with my 6 month old for 3 nights in June. It was a lovely stay! My twin room was spacious, clean, beautifully air conditioned and with a travel cot. Loved room service and using the lovely spa pool to swim with my baby. In other weather/ if I hadn’t been by myself I would have enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and sitting downstairs in the lobby for a drink. The only improvements that could’ve been made were to the travel cot situation - this was set up without a proper mattress (all travel cots do come with a “mattress” but it’s not really suitable for babies) and with a huge loose bed sheet tucked around the outside. This kind of loose bedding isn’t considered safe for especially very young babies. I brought my own (my partner drove home to get them!) but the hotel could consider investing in some portable cot mattresses and sheets. I didn’t need my room cleaned but did have some room service from dinner that I needed cleared the following morning and also needed my bins changed. I just messaged via the live chat thing to ask for this, but it would be nice to have this offered proactively as a kind of “mini refresh” instead of room cleaning. The WhatsApp chat function offered via qr code in the rooms didn’t actually connect me to reception staff, i got a message to say staff weren’t available when i used it, so it would be good to rethink the methods offered for guests to contact reception.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect with walking distance to bars,restaurants and parks.Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and I slept really well every night. The bathroom was modern, clean and always had reliable hot water. Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Everything was well maintained, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only minor downside was that the parking is about a five-minute walk from the hotel, so you need to carry your luggage. It was not a major issue, but it is worth knowing if you have heavy bags or limited mobility.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduating. Fab rooms with lovely bedding and pillows, superb breakfast cooked to order as well as buffet style. Terrace room with balcony with amazing views over bath. I’ve stayed here several times and never disappointed. Highly recommend
