“プエルタ デ サンタクルスの街中にあり、海も近く、便利なロケーションです。近くに食べるところもたくさんあり、スーパーも徒歩10分くらいの所に大きいのが二つあります。 部屋は、自分が泊まったのは、だいぶ年季が入った感じで、あまり快適ではなかったが、朝食も付いてこの値段ということを考えると、とてもありがたかった。朝食はそれほどバラエティは豊富でないが、日ごとに少しずつメニューを変えていた。 ホテル内のプールは、それほど大きくはないが、ジャグジーや小さいながらサウナもあって、デッキチェアもたくさんありとても快適だった。近くの海が岩場のところが多く、水温も冷たかったので、もっぱらこのプールに通っていた。 空港からは今回公共バスを利用したが、343でテネリフェ南空港からダイレクトバスに乗り、終点から10分強歩くとホテルに到着。ただし本数が少ないので、10→100or102乗り継ぎの方が乗り換えは面倒だが本数は多い。値段はどちらもほぼ一緒で、TEN＋カード購入で約10ユーロだった。自分が滞在したのは2026年6月だったが日本人は皆無。しかしヨーロッパ人はたくさん来ていて、さすがスペインの常春の地という感じだった。周りにはもう少しきれいなホテルがあるが、どこも高いので、コスパの面ではとても良かったです。”

“I booked two rooms to stay over night to attend the PHE Festival. We arrived at 3pm wanting to sleep for a couple of hours before heading out. Both rooms (double and superior double) were advertised on both Agoda and the hotel's own site as having air conditioning (aire conditionado). The superior room had a control panel showing a room temperature of over 35⁰c. We switched it on expecting the room to get colder, but it didn't... it blew air but remained stiflingly hot. I went to tell reception about the fault, and was surprised to be told there was no A/C in any of the rooms. I went outside and checked their website again, and A/C was clearly stated. I went back inside, was told there was nothing they could do, so I filled out a complaint form. The hotel director has since written to me to tell me it was my error. I replied sending the screenshots showing all rooms advertised with Air Conditioning. I then checked the site again and saw on most English pages it now said in bold "please note no time have air conditioning", but the Spanish ones still saying they had it. Also a note on one page which appeared to be from the web developer and read "If you like, I can also include it in the hotel's general description (as we did with the Wi-Fi notice) so that it appears alongside the other features"?!?! Do it seems they were trying to change the website in response to my complaint, but didn't do it properly. I am unable to upload the screenshots here (Agoda is rejecting them as they are not actual photos). However, if anyone is in any doubt, you can Google the Wayback Machine, entry the hotel web address, and see from the last saved snapshot earlier this year that all rooms had air conditioning as a feature, as well as the homepage also saying it was present. It's a shame the director handled my pole and honest complaint so dishonestly. The hotel is nice, the rooms are well appointed, breakfast was hot and crowded but still appreciated. However, the 35.4⁰c temperature in the room made it impossible to enjoy it. I will pursue my complaint with the Canaries government tourist minister as the advertising at time of booking was demonstrably misleading.”

“Me ha gustado limpieza hotel ,no confundir con las habitaciones estas la han dedicado 5 min , es un hotel bonito, interpreto por la cesta de minbre vacia con servilletas que ha estado en mi cuarto tres dias que recibiran a la gente con algo , la habitación es grande , balcones bonitos , buena decoración navideña del hotel , zona piscina tranquila . Como puntos no tan positivos , agua piscina fria , yogures en el desayuno no individuales es decir de tochazo , falta pan para celiacos y camas muy duras .”
