“The single room looked out onto a side street where I could see people working in office as late into the evening, so no privacy. In late April, the air-conditioning system has not been turned on yet and my room was oppressively hot. There was no dehumidifier in the bathroom and everything was damp and clammy. The room was furnished in old world, wooden veneer pieces and lack charm. But the worst part was the bed which was hard as a rock and yet sagging in the middle at the same time. It definitely needed to be replaced. Considering when I paid for this hotel, it being one of the most expensive during my trip to Portugal and Spain, I would not consider it good value for money at all. And I would not stay there again.”

“Really nice and quiet Hotel. Very close to centre of Pontevedra. Romm very comfortable. Clean and nice bathroom. Simple breakfast. Just no vegetables or fruits..... Staff helpful and polite a special woman at front desk Thank you for nice 3 nights ”

“Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was amazingly helpful. They kindly assisted me with phone calls regarding my luggage and gave us great tips on local sightseeings and places to eat. Truly top-notch hospitality！”

“Adequate hotel but value for money. Best thing about it was the receptionist who was great fun and made us feel very welcome. Thank you. John, Ireland”
