“Even though we did book a "classic queen" room (cheapest), we expected basic features. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom, tiles and grout are in need of attention, no grab bars and a low height toilet. Renovations are ongoing in the lobby and it is very noisy. We were not impressed with this hotel which has such a good reputation.”

“The apartment is located at 3rd floor with elevator- stairs only. The apartment floor is not even like the building is tilted. I had dizziness just walking around the unit. Very dirty”
