“Even though we did book a "classic queen" room (cheapest), we expected basic features. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom, tiles and grout are in need of attention, no grab bars and a low height toilet. Renovations are ongoing in the lobby and it is very noisy. We were not impressed with this hotel which has such a good reputation.”

“I’m a receptionist myself, so I know how guest interactions should go. When my sister and I checked in, I asked the receptionist a question. Instead of answering, he just pushed the paper with the info in front of me and handed it over in silence. He didn’t respond at all. After that we just went straight to our room. It was really disappointing - there was zero hospitality from the staff on duty that night of June 14.”
