“The overall experience was just fantastic without any hiccups. However the issue I faced was the security deposit I had to put down, which wasn’t mentioned on the Agoda website. Staff was friendly enough, but they could have equipped the system with a contactless /mobile payment option, as carrying a physical card is sometimes not feasible for everyone.”
