“The place itself is immaculate, and the cleanliness is truly top-tier. I have to give credit to the housekeeping staff, the gentleman who cleans the toilets was very respectful and pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was disappointing, particularly with the younger gentleman. He came across as rude, unwelcoming, and not accommodating at all. I also work in hospitality, and I believe every guest should be treated with warmth, respect, and professionalism, regardless of the situation. I’m giving 2 stars mainly because of the older gentleman at the front desk, who was very pleasant and welcoming, as well as the respectful housekeeping staff member. If they had been the ones serving me from the beginning, I would have gladly given this place 5 stars. The cleanliness is excellent, but the customer service at the front desk needs significant improvement.”

“This is sandman in dixie road, not the one in dixon road so i suggest the hotel should add a label in their name like sandman signature dixie rd hotel to avoid confusion. The suite we had was spacious with living room and mini kitchen. I asked for kettle and i initially was not provided bec it is only for full kitchen. But afterwards, they send us kettle after we had trouble with the coffee maker. The beds, pillows and covers are soft and sleeping is a breeze. We suggest also to put the door tag behind the door so that it is easily seen by the guests to hang on the door when leaving for make up. We werent able to put the tag out bec the 1 we found by the knob is dont disturb. Also there are no porters so be ready to load and push the trolley by yourself. Overall it was a good stay but far feom downtown. We booked it bec our pick up point for a 3d tour to quebec is near the area. You have to take uber to go to downtown to save time”

“Great location for a working stay. close to business areas. Please note, the pictures are not accurate. There is no breakfast area and no breakfast is included. This hotel has deteriorating. Rooms all need a renovation. But I stay here because the beds are comfortable and the location is good.”
