“The place itself is immaculate, and the cleanliness is truly top-tier. I have to give credit to the housekeeping staff, the gentleman who cleans the toilets was very respectful and pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was disappointing, particularly with the younger gentleman. He came across as rude, unwelcoming, and not accommodating at all. I also work in hospitality, and I believe every guest should be treated with warmth, respect, and professionalism, regardless of the situation. I’m giving 2 stars mainly because of the older gentleman at the front desk, who was very pleasant and welcoming, as well as the respectful housekeeping staff member. If they had been the ones serving me from the beginning, I would have gladly given this place 5 stars. The cleanliness is excellent, but the customer service at the front desk needs significant improvement.”

“Nice stay frnd desk staff is excelent ”

“Great”

“Great location for a working stay. close to business areas. Please note, the pictures are not accurate. There is no breakfast area and no breakfast is included. This hotel has deteriorating. Rooms all need a renovation. But I stay here because the beds are comfortable and the location is good.”

“We had a great time staying here. Staff was very kind and the room was very clean. There are also a lot of places to eat near by.”

“Great stay. I’ve stayed at a Spark Hotel in Woodstock Ontario. I primarily chose to stay at this one because of that experience and being familiar with it. Nice place. Would stay at the brand hotel again ”

“Everything great. Only caveat is a bunch of traffic lights on Huntario street that takes up longer wait at every red light. Hotel is clean and staff is awesome. Wonderful breakfast was a plus indeed. ”
