“I travelled with my family to help my daughter settle down at UBC's residence. The hotel location is very good. Close to UBC and Kekowna airport. There are a few shops and restaurants around. Convenient.The staff were friendly. However, it seemed that there should be more training for staff using the booking system as I was charged three times for my room stay: one charge was by Pagoda, another charge was on my check out and a third charge was credit on hold. Fortunately I checked my credit card records and found the three charges. I went to the hotel to sort out the issue. The handling staff was friendly and helpful. She brought up the issue with hotel's Account and resolved it. I suggested thar there should be daily housekeeping instead of having it on alternate days. The breakfast menu could have been more enriched.”

“Shuttle from airport took 30mins to arrive (to walk is 12mins) and one of the front desk staff was very rude, otherwise your average hotel; clean room, nice little gym and pool area. Only stayed one night. ”
