“Good”

“property offers a spacious room with a lovely view and great amenities like a pool, making it a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While there were some minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive,”

“A friend and I met to attend a common friends 60th birthday party. We each had our own room which was great, and the place was very clean. I didn’t have a chance to check out the pool as we had a variety of birthday events going on.”

“This was our second stay at this hotel, and we loved it just as much as the first time. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. Breakfast was included, which was a nice perk. The options were fairly basic, but it was great to have it available. The breakfast area did get very crowded, so we ended up skipping it during our stay. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute drive from downtown Kelowna and close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The pool was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Kelowna.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Im just disappointed coz i saw a used dental floss in between the couch when i pulled out the sofabed. Also some of the dinnerwares weren't clean. Other than that everything is good. Staff are really nice! I would still go back for vacay in Royal Kelowna but hoping next time i wouldn't see used dental floss.”
