“I travelled with my family to help my daughter settle down at UBC's residence. The hotel location is very good. Close to UBC and Kekowna airport. There are a few shops and restaurants around. Convenient. The staff were friendly. However, it seemed that there should be more training for staff using the booking system as I was charged three times for my room stay: one charge was by Pagoda, another charge was on my check out and a third charge was credit on hold. Fortunately I checked my credit card records and found the three charges. I went to the hotel to sort out the issue. The handling staff was friendly and helpful. She brought up the issue with hotel's Account and resolved it. I suggested thar there should be daily housekeeping instead of having it on alternate days. The breakfast menu could have been more enriched.”
