The interior design is beautiful and well thought out, giving the cruise a very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The service from the staff was outstanding—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was tasty and well presented, with a good variety throughout the trip. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay, especially during the cooler season.”

“Had a wonderful honeymoon in the cruise. Crew really makes sure you are comfortable. Really liked the food. Customer service is what makes it exceptional. Peter and Harry made our stay wonderful. My partner was vegetarian and they made sure she had a lot of options. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues. They made sure from food to checkout everything was seamless. They made our honeymoon special with a surprise celebration . Can’t recommend this cruise enough to relax and spend a couple of days away in nature with utmost comfort.”

“The room is very spacious & looks brighter & nicer than its images on YouTube! Food was very good , not salty & of good quality. I informed them I had High Blood pressure & they prepared the steam fish dish for me with low salt & no MSG. Staff was very nice, courteous & helpful especially Mr. Đại, manager & Ms. Khánh, tour guide who helped me a lot as a senior in the Surprise Cave visit. ”
