“Had a great stay nice n quiet ”

“Having worked through a booking agency to obtain a room, it was booked incorrectly due to a software date of stay error during registration. The date flipped at midnight, the tine of my registration, to the following day. When I pointed out the error, there was no response by their management to my booking agency's request to fix or reimburse for that error. Basically, at 11:58, the date was correct. When i finished the booking at 12:02, 4 minutes after midnight and consequently the next day, my booking date had changed in the system. I had to buy another room for the correct night. Management completely ignored the request to cancel the next night's incorrect booking, and i was charged for one extra night. In my view, this was an extremely shady and fraudulent act on their part to get unearned money from me.”

“Room size is big and relaxing”

“Clean and nice room. Hot tub and pool were working and seemed clean.”

“Good service, nice staff, decent prices”

“Nice hotel, good location, friendly front desk staff. There are two hotels here connected by common lobby (a little odd) Complimentary laundry facilities was a bonus. The breakfast wasn't very good, many of the hot food items were out, no staff around to replenish. Housekeeping did not vacuum the carpet in our room. ”

“Good rooms. Little dated hotel, good location, decent dining and shopping nearby. Breakfast could be better. ”

“Extremely clean, breakfast was good, and near tons of restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.”

“When I first arrived, the elevator was down. We had to walk up the stairs with our young children and bags. Staff was not nice. There was no kitchenware available as well as extra pillows for the couch bed. ”
