Having worked through a booking agency to obtain a room, it was booked incorrectly due to a software date of stay error during registration. The date flipped at midnight, the tine of my registration, to the following day. When I pointed out the error, there was no response by their management to my booking agency's request to fix or reimburse for that error. Basically, at 11:58, the date was correct. When i finished the booking at 12:02, 4 minutes after midnight and consequently the next day, my booking date had changed in the system. I had to buy another room for the correct night. Management completely ignored the request to cancel the next night's incorrect booking, and i was charged for one extra night. In my view, this was an extremely shady and fraudulent act on their part to get unearned money from me.

I have stayed here on several occasions and will do so again

So apparently the lady who runs the super eight is at this location also. I had an issue with being over charged at the super eight about two weeks ago and I said something then the blood splatter all over the floor I just wanted to get my money back and leave well it was made into a big issue and I had to leave and she kept my money after she double charged me here I am check into this place and decent place rooms are nice furniture is a little dated but size-wise it's acceptable I've been there two days I go down to extend my day today and the lady tells me that they are sold out then she says they don't just stay over then she says I would have to leave and I could check back in at 3:00 and then the next 5 minutes she's at my door and it's not even 11:00 yet telling me she's calling the cops to trespass me and she literally stands there and rushes me out of the room I would just stay away from both of these properties it's a complete disaster staff wise

A really nice and clean place to stay and great price

I reserved a room for two nights through Agoda. When I arrived, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and informed the front desk that I had two pets. I was told the hotel was pet-friendly, and I agreed to pay the pet fee. When I entered the room, there was a very strong cigarette smell. The room also appeared not to have been cleaned properly. The bed covers did not look washed, and there were large, recent-looking stains on the sheets. I returned to the front desk and politely asked to be moved to a cleaner room. My request was denied. I also asked the employee to come inspect the room with me, but he refused. He went to the room alone and later claimed that it was clean. There was also confusion about the pet fee. I had already explained that I had two pets, but I was first charged $20 and was later told I needed to pay $80 in cash. I offered to pay by card, but only if I could be moved to a clean, non-smoking room. They still refused to change my room. I explained that I could overlook cosmetic issues such as paint marks, cracks in the ceiling, and damage to the walls, but the lack of cleanliness and strong cigarette odor were unacceptable. I decided to leave rather than stay in those conditions. The situation became even more uncomfortable when I was threatened with having the police called if I did not leave. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not clean, my request for another room was denied, and the customer service was very disappointing.
