“Made use of the gym and pool, which is why we chose this hotel. Wasn’t a fan of using the valet but there are plenty of public parking garages on the same street. ”

“We stayed at the Omni for the weekend visiting our son in Richmond. We have been here a number of times and though we have tried other hotels we come back to the Omni again and again. Perfect location, walking to any number of bars and restaurants as well as to Brown’s island and the canal walk. Looking forward to our next visit. thanks Omni!”

“I stayed Oct 9–13, 2025 in Room ***. About two hours after check-in, housekeeping repeatedly knocked — unusual timing. Later I discovered my Samsung Galaxy EarBuds 3 Pro, a travel-size perfume bottle, and a nail clipper were stolen from my room. The next day, “Find My Device” located the earbuds on the far side of Richmond. I informed the hotel; they promised a call back but I received nothing — not even an apology. I filed a police report. Please be cautious with housekeeping at this property.”

“The property offered excellent transport options, reliable Wi-Fi, and a delightful breakfast. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great value for money.”

“Clean, large room. Easy walks to very good dining. On site restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Affordable overnight parking structure a block away. Next time will ask for above first floor room for better view. Our room window faced main hallway. ”

“Clean. Graciously helpful staff. 2 bathrooms in our suite made getting ready at the same time almost relaxing. Guacamole plate at the rooftop bar came with such delicious toasted pita, so yummy while watching the sunset. Make sure you bring your own AppleTV or Firestick because there’s only basic cable & a couple HBO channels as well as your own Bluetooth speaker. In room coffee wasn’t bad. Bring your own creamer, bottled water, and snacks. There’s a refrigerator but no minibar. ”
