“It’s located right next to the beach and Espanola Way so everything’s accessible on foot. Our Latino elder room keeper was super nice and attentive to details. Very comfy bed. But we were not welcomed by receptionist. The receptionist staff was running through a script like a robot but not genuinely welcoming us. At checkout, our luggage was not kept in their system (no messages were sent to us as communicated). Our luggage was fine but again, this is not a 5-star experience at all. I’ve been to many 5 star resorts and hotels in the world and this type of attitude is no where near 3-star experiences, not mentioning 5-star. The pool was too shallow. Don’t expect much about the pool. The resort fees were not transparently listed when we booked on Agoda and we didn’t know it until the end of the stay. Luckily they waived us that fees after receiving our feedback. ”

“We have a total of 13 days at the hotel. The hotel is renovated, quite large and spacious rooms, the view is always good, you can see both the city and the ocean. Three pools in the hotel, close to the beach. There is an excellent gym with new equipment. The guests at the hotel are completely normal. The reception staff are very nice. The cleaning of the rooms is not suitable, maybe because some of them are new. I give a total of 8.5.”

“Exceptional facility and staff”
