“everything is old inside the room. great view and location. nice pool. ocean.”

“The hotel has excellent location, many restaurants nearby. Coffee place crossing the street. Front desk service is poor. I was lucky to find somebody to check-in. The front desk person was rude, include telling the customer in front of me to speak English or ICE will take him. I stay 3 days I never see somebody at the front desk, I have to leave a note in order to check out. ”

“The M Boutique Hotel sits at a pleasant, calm location between North and Mid-Beach, but has plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores and transportation options (Miami Beach Trolley, public bus) right across the street to be able to travel across the strip, reaching South Beach in 20 minutes. So, the location is a perfect mix of a quiet, safe neighborhood less than five minutes away on foot from the beach, without the hectic noise of South Beach. And check-in is very easy and seamless as there is no contact with any staff. They message your codes to enter the building and room the day before arriving, and the cute, small hotel has a pleasant, small outdoor private patio to smoke and talk and hang. Maggy, the manager, is very responsive and friendly on Whatsapp, and she even prepared a special surprise to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday for our three-night stay. We had a great time with a large, comfy bed, cold fridge, functional A/C and clean room. Would definitely come back for another weekend getaway in Miami Beach ! ”

“The wait at front desk was extremely long..only one elevator works..YOU must go downstairs for ice and they may not have water..the view was AMAZING and the location from beach was excellent ...room was decent and clean..i would book again.”
