“Our stay was nothing short of disappointing. We were travelling from the UK to Florida for three weeks and decided to go from Oralndo to Miami, getting there at 1 in the morning to no person at the reception which would have been fine if the 24 hour contact number wasn't turned off. We were instantly greeted with a cockroach running around free and a double booked room which was a severe inconvenience. Luckily we found another place nearby and paid an extra 200 dollars with the promise we would get a refund we haven't got 10 days later. This place is clearly ran with low effort and I would recommend trying to get somewhere else for a pleasant stay and a guaranteed room for the night.”
